His work then has since focused on international standards like ISO 31010 and ISO 31031, which aim to enhance risk management and travel safety.

With a career rooted in creating positive change, Joël emphasises the importance of proactive risk management, effective governance, and collaboration to drive innovation and safety in travel risk management.
